Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Order cut-off time: 18:00 (GMT+1). Orders placed on business days (Monday to Friday) before 18:00 will be processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 18:00 or over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Processing days: Monday to Friday. No processing on: weekends and public holidays.


Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs: free shipping on all orders

Carriers: PostNL, Bpost, Royal Mail & DPD. Delivery area: Netherlands, Belgium & United Kingdom

Estimated delivery time: 9–15 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier capacity, public holidays, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email containing:

  • Your order details
  • A tracking number
  • A link to follow your shipment

You can track your parcel via the tracking link in the shipping confirmation.


Damaged, Lost or Undelivered Parcels

Damaged delivery

Has your order arrived damaged?

  • Take photos of the product and packaging immediately
  • Contact us within 48 hours of receipt
  • Include your order number and attach the photos

We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Lost or undelivered parcel

If tracking shows your parcel has been delivered but you have not received anything:

  • Check with housemates or neighbours
  • Verify that the delivery address is correct
  • Wait 24 hours (shipments are sometimes marked as delivered prematurely)

Still nothing? Contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customer responsibility: always double-check that your address has been entered correctly. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrectly provided address.

Changing your address: address changes are only possible before shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Returned to sender: if an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the order will be cancelled and refunded. You can then place a new order with the correct address. Shipping remains free.


Cancelling an Order

You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately to do so.

Has the order already been shipped? In that case you can return it in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
