Return Period & Conditions
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, for both defective and non-defective products, provided they are new or lightly used.
The product may not have been used beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it free of charge by contacting us.
As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right of withdrawal, you can send an email within this period to support@amaribaby.com with: – Your name and address – Order number – The products you wish to return
You may also use the model withdrawal form, but this is not required.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the product. In the case of a valid withdrawal, you will receive the full purchase amount, including any standard shipping costs, within 14 days of your notification at the latest.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be in the same condition as when received
- Be new or only tried out (not used for an extended period)
- Be hygienically acceptable (no stains, odours, or wear)
- Be complete, including original packaging and accessories
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation)
How to Start a Return

Please include the following details:
- Order number
- Name of the recipient
- Delivery address
- Reason for return
We respond within 24 hours (on business days) and will send you clear return instructions.
Once approved, you can return the product by post according to the indicated return method.
Important: We strongly advise using a shipping method with track & trace. Amari is not responsible for return shipments that are lost in transit without tracking.
Return Costs & Shipping Method
- Returns are processed by post
- Return costs are at the customer's expense
- No restocking fees are charged
Exception: In the case of a defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered product, we will fully reimburse all return costs.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a product that is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrectly delivered
Please report this to us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of receipt, via support@amaribaby.com and include:
- Photos of the issue
- Your order number
We will assess your report and arrange a free return, followed by a full refund or replacement product.
Return costs are always free in these cases.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Gift cards
Exchanging Products
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colours.
For the fastest processing:
- Return the original product via the standard return process
- Place a new order directly for the desired size or colour
This way you don't have to wait until the return has been fully processed.
Refunds
Once we have received your return:
- Inspection: within 2 business days
- Confirmation: by email (approved or rejected)
After approval, the refund will be processed as soon as possible. In accordance with the statutory right of withdrawal, the refund will take place no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notification.
The refund will be made via the same payment method as your original purchase.
Legal Rights (EU / Netherlands)
This return policy does not affect your legal rights under European and Dutch consumer law. You have the right to repair, replacement, or refund when a product does not conform to the agreement.
