Can the carrier adjust as my baby grows?
Yes! The seat width can be easily adjusted with the Velcro band inside the waistband, so you always have a perfect fit as your little one grows.
Can I breastfeed discreetly and safely in the carrier?
Absolutely. You can fold up the neck panel and secure it with the buttons for extra privacy. This helps keep your baby calm and close while your hands remain free. Always check positioning for comfort and safety.
What carrying positions are supported?
- Front carry – inward-facing (from around 3 months): Promotes hip development and is great for bonding.
- Back carry (from around 6 months): Perfect for longer wear when your baby can sit up independently.
- Front carry – outward-facing (from around 6 months): Use for short moments (max. 20 min) when your baby is alert and curious. Always ensure proper leg support and comfort.
How long can I carry my baby each day?
For inward- or back-carry positions, you can carry for extended periods as long as you and your baby remain comfortable. Outward-facing should be limited to 20 minutes to avoid overstimulation.
How quick is it to put on the carrier?
Most parents manage it in under a minute thanks to the intuitive clip-and-adjust system. At first, a mirror or extra set of hands helps, but soon you’ll do it with ease.
Is the carrier travel-friendly?
Definitely. It’s lightweight, compact, and perfect for air travel, public transport, and day trips.
How do I know if my baby is positioned correctly?
- Inward-facing: Knees above hips (M-position), spine slightly curved (C-shape), face visible, chin at least two fingers away from chest.
- Back carry: M-position, straight supported back, seated high enough to see over your shoulder but still supported.
- Outward-facing: At least 6 months old, stable posture, supported legs, free chin, max 20 minutes.
Is it suitable for premature or very young babies?
No, we recommend it only from 3 months or 7 lbs (3.2 kg) unless advised by a medical professional.
Can I wear it over or under winter clothing?
Yes — over a light jacket or under a babywearing coat works well. Avoid overly thick layers to prevent overheating.
What if my baby doesn’t like it at first?
This is common. Try in a calm environment, ideally after feeding or a nap. Move gently and talk to your baby. Most little ones grow to enjoy it with consistent use.

How do I return an item?
Use our Returns Portal, select your item, provide a reason for return, and print your return label. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or replacement.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
For hygiene reasons, worn or washed items cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Contact us within 5 days with your order number and a short video or photos of the issue. If it’s a manufacturing defect, incorrect shipment, or shipping damage, we’ll replace or refund it. We respond within 48 hours.
